How it works

A calm, guided path from first question to passport return

Chinese visa applications reward precision. Our process is built so that every requirement is confirmed for your situation before anything is submitted.

Overview

Three stages, six checkpoints

At a glance, the journey has three stages. In practice, we work through six checkpoints with you.

01

Tell us about your trip

Answer a short guided questionnaire about your nationality, your status in the United States, your travel dates, and your purpose of travel. We use it to confirm the right visa category for you.

  • Guided questionnaire, no paperwork yet
  • Eligibility screening before you pay
  • Confirmation of the correct visa category
02

We prepare and review everything

You receive a personalized checklist written for your exact situation. We review each item, flag anything that could cause a refusal or a delay, and walk you through photo and residence requirements.

  • Personalized, situation-specific checklist
  • Line-by-line review of your application
  • Photo, residence, and itinerary guidance
03

Submission coordination and return

We coordinate the submission to the appropriate Chinese visa authority for your jurisdiction, keep you informed while it is in process, and guide the courier arrangements for the safe return of the passport.

  • Jurisdiction confirmed before submission
  • Status updates throughout processing
  • Courier guidance for secure passport return
In detail

The full concierge journey

  1. 1

    Questionnaire and eligibility screening

You answer a guided questionnaire covering your nationality, your status in the United States, your travel dates, and your purpose of travel. We confirm the correct category and whether you may apply through a U.S. jurisdiction — before any payment.

  2. 2

    Your personalized checklist

You receive a checklist written for your circumstances, not a generic list: the exact photo specification, the proof of residence or status that applies to you, itinerary evidence, and anything needed for minors or prior Chinese nationality.

  3. 3

    Document review

As your documents arrive, we review them line by line against current requirements and tell you plainly when something needs to be redone. Service time begins once we have received and accepted everything.

  4. 4

    Submission coordination

We confirm the jurisdiction that covers your address and coordinate your submission to the appropriate Chinese visa authority, including any appointment arrangements.

  5. 5

    Processing updates

While your application is with the authorities we keep you informed. We cannot influence a decision, and neither can anyone else — but you will never be left wondering where things stand.

  6. 6

    Passport return

Once a decision is made, we guide the courier arrangements so the passport, with the visa inside it if issued, travels back to you securely and with tracking.

Timing & decisions

Service time begins after we receive and accept all required documents. Timelines are estimates, subject to consular processing and availability. Chinese authorities decide whether to issue a visa, as well as its entries and validity.
