Terms of Service
A plain-language summary of the agreement between you and Your Chinese Visa when you use our concierge service.
1. Who we are, and who we are not
Your Chinese Visa is a private visa assistance concierge. We are not a government agency, embassy, or consulate, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government authority. Chinese authorities alone decide whether a visa is issued.
We provide private preparation and coordination assistance. We do not issue visas, we do not influence decisions, and we do not represent any government.
2. What our service includes
- Screening your eligibility and confirming the appropriate visa category.
- A document checklist prepared for your specific situation.
- Guidance on the application form, photo, itinerary, and proof of residence or status.
- A detailed review of your application and supporting documents.
- Coordination of submission with the appropriate visa authority for your jurisdiction, and guidance on courier arrangements.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and documents.
- Respond promptly to our requests, particularly on expedited service levels.
- Send original documents, including your passport, when required.
- Pay any government fees that apply to your case. Two-way shipping within the US is included in your package.
We cannot be responsible for delays or refusals caused by inaccurate information, missing documents, or late responses.
4. Fees
Government consular fees are separate from our concierge fee and are confirmed with you before any final payment. Two-way shipping within the US is included in every package.
Concierge fees for Tourist (L) applications are Standard $399, Quick $499, and ASAP $799, per applicant, with two-way US shipping included. Other categories are quoted after we review your situation and the supporting documents available to you. Fees are confirmed with you in writing before payment.
5. Timelines
Service time begins after we receive and accept all required documents. Timelines are estimates, subject to consular processing and availability. Chinese authorities decide whether to issue a visa, as well as its entries and validity.
All stated durations are targets for our own handling, not guarantees of a decision date. ASAP Service is not guaranteed.
6. No guarantee of outcome
Chinese authorities alone decide whether to issue a visa and determine its entries and validity. Nothing on this website or in our communications is a promise of approval.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our service is limited to the concierge fee you paid us for the affected application. We are not liable for consular fees, courier losses beyond the carrier's own liability, travel costs, lost bookings, or other indirect or consequential losses.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Contact and changes
