Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
1. Who we are
Your Chinese Visa (yourchinesevisa.com) is a private visa assistance concierge. We are not a government agency, embassy, or consulate. You can reach us at vip@yourchinesevisa.com or (202) 703-3441, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET.
2. Information we collect
Through this website we collect only what we need to assess and prepare a request:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method.
- Your nationality, your status and city of residence in the United States, your estimated travel dates, the number of travelers, and whether you have held a Chinese visa before.
- The visa category and, for Tourist (L) requests, the service package you select.
- Any free-text notes you choose to send us.
We do not ask for passport numbers, card numbers, or other sensitive identifiers in any web form on this site. Documents required for an application are exchanged later through channels we confirm with you directly.
3. How we use your information
- To confirm the correct visa category and whether you are eligible to apply.
- To prepare your personalized checklist and review your application.
- To coordinate submission with the appropriate visa authority and courier.
- To contact you about your request and respond to your questions.
- To keep records required for our own accounting and legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Sharing
We share information only where it is necessary to deliver the service you asked for: with the relevant Chinese visa authority or authorized service center, with courier or shipping providers you approve, and with the vendors that host our systems and process payments. Those vendors act on our instructions. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
5. Storage and security
Requests submitted on this site are stored in our hosted concierge database with access limited to our team. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Retention
We keep application and inquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to vip@yourchinesevisa.com. Deleting information while an application is in progress may make it impossible to continue.
8. Children
Applications for minors are submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the minor's information and consents to this policy on their behalf.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The version published on this page is the current one, and material changes will be noted here.
